Do I need a minimum order to set up a program?
No. Most programs start with no minimum — order one item or thousands. Volume pricing kicks in automatically as quantities grow.
Can you ship to individual employee or attendee addresses?
Yes. We do bulk-to-one-location and individual-to-each-recipient shipping. Hand us a roster (CSV or spreadsheet) and we route each kit to the right door.
Do you handle the artwork?
Yes — send your logo and we’ll lay it up on the products you pick. If your art needs a clean vector version, we’ll quote that as a one-time setup. No ongoing design fees.
How fast can a program go live?
Most programs are live within a week. Company stores and team stores typically take 5–7 business days from kickoff to store-open. Event and onboarding runs can be faster on rush.
Where are the products made?
Everything is produced in our Las Vegas studio. We engrave drinkware and metal, UV-print acrylic and paper, and pack and ship from the same building.
