What is UV-DTF?
UV-DTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) is a peel-and-stick decal printed with UV-cured ink on a clear film. You peel it off the backing, press it onto a hard surface, and the design transfers cleanly with full color — no heat, no water, no special tools.
What surfaces does it stick to?
Hard plastic, metal, glass, and smooth painted surfaces work best — hard hats, coolers, tumblers, laptops, helmets, equipment cases. Avoid soft-touch coatings and textured matte finishes — the decal will not bond reliably to those.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-wash. UV-DTF is weather and water resistant; repeated dishwasher cycles will lift edges over time. For drinkware, hand-wash keeps the decal looking sharp for years.
How small can text be?
Minimum 30pt to transfer cleanly. Smaller than that and the thin strokes may not lift off the carrier film.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG or PDF, RGB color mode, 300+ DPI. Vector PDFs give the cleanest edges. If your file is lower resolution, we will flag it before printing.
Is there a minimum order?
Single sheet for sampling. 50+ pieces unlocks our bulk pricing tiers (50 / 100 / 500). Most teams order in lots of 50 or 100.
Do you ship internationally?
US-only shipping right now. International is on our roadmap — talk to us about your team’s location.
Can I order matching tumblers and decals together?
Yes — that’s our specialty. Same logo, same colors, one studio. Email us the artwork and the piece counts and we’ll quote the whole kit together.
