We stand behind the quality of our work. Here’s what to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Custom products are made specifically for you
Because every item is produced with your custom artwork or personalization, standard returns for preference changes are generally not available. If there’s a defect or production error, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Custom & personalized items
Because our products are made to order with your custom artwork or personalization, they generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind or preference. Each item is produced specifically for you based on the design and options you select at checkout.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the best resolution.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests that come in before your order enters production.
Non-returnable items
Products that have been custom engraved, printed, or personalized with your artwork or text are considered non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a production defect. This applies to all made-to-order items.
How to report an issue
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch through our contact page and include the following:

- 2Photos showing the issue (close-up and full product)
- 3A brief description of what’s wrong
