Terms of Service

By using thelasercraft.co or placing an order with The Lasercraft Company (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these terms.

Custom and made-to-order products

All products are made to order based on the artwork and specifications you provide. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or text you submit
• The artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• The content is not illegal, obscene, or defamatory

We reserve the right to decline orders with content that violates these terms or that we determine in good faith is inappropriate to produce.

Artwork approval and proof process

Before production begins, we send you a digital proof for review and approval. Production starts only after you approve the proof. We produce exactly what is shown in the approved proof. Once you approve, we are not responsible for errors in the artwork you provided (typos, incorrect names, wrong dates, wrong colors, etc.).

If you need changes after submitting, contact us before approving the proof.

Production and shipping timelines

Standard production: 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush production:2–3 business days for 20% of order subtotal (minimum $25, maximum $300). Standard shipping typically adds an additional 3–5 business days. All orders ship from Las Vegas, NV. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping delays are carrier-responsibility. If your order is in transit beyond the estimated delivery window by more than 10 business days, email hello@thelasercraft.co with your tracking number and we'll open a carrier trace. For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reprint your order at no charge.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of order placement (before proof is generated) by emailing hello@thelasercraft.co. After your proof is sent, cancellation is at our discretion—typically possible before production starts. Once production starts, orders are non-cancellable as personalized goods.

Returns and reprints

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on preference changes. However, if your order has a production defect or does not match your approved proof, we will reprint it at no charge.

A defect is a production error: wrong text, misaligned engraving or print, color outside specification, or material damage. Minor character wear, natural material variation (e.g., wood grain on leatherette), or color variation within ±5% from your approved proof are not defects.

To request a reprint, email hello@thelasercraft.co within 30 days of delivery (per carrier tracking) with photos and a description of the issue. We review reprint requests the same business day.

Intellectual property

You retain all ownership and rights to any original artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you grant The Lasercraft Company a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify (sizing, positioning), and print it solely for fulfilling your order. We will not use your artwork for marketing, portfolio, or any other purpose without your explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to decline orders with content that we determine to be infringing on intellectual property rights, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate to produce. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5 business days.

We may photograph finished orders for internal documentation and quality assurance. If you wish to opt-out of future portfolio use, email hello@thelasercraft.co and we will note your preference.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or damages arising from delays.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
