Give your quote an email and optional company name. You get a shareable link valid for 30 days and a PDF you can send to accounting.
Approve
After checkout we produce a digital proof. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.
Receive
Standard production is 5-7 business days from proof approval. Rush (2-3 days) available for 20% uplift.
Pricing on this page mirrors the same volume breaks built into the storefront checkout — no separate negotiation process, no hidden fees. Common questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no MOQ on any product. Volume tiers start as low as 5 units on most items, but you can order a single unit if you want one.
Do prices on the quote lock in at the time I save?
The quote captures the prices as of the save date and is valid for 30 days. If we update pricing after you save, your quote link reflects the prices at save time — but re-saving or updating the quote picks up current rates.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. Some products share a bulk group — for example, all drinkware pools quantities for the purpose of reaching tier thresholds. You will see a note on each line when pooling is active.
How does artwork work?
After checkout, you upload your artwork or approve a proof we create from a logo you send. Nothing goes into production without your written approval.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector AI/EPS or PDF preferred. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi at print size) is acceptable. JPEG and low-res images are not accepted for engraving.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US and Canada. Contact hello@thelasercraft.co for international inquiries.
Can I get a physical sample before placing a full order?
Yes. Order a quantity of 1 at the standard (non-bulk) unit price. We treat every order with the same production quality regardless of size.

Everything above is fully self-serve — live pricing at every quantity, including 250+, and the price you see is the final price. This form is only for things the site can’t do yet: multi-product kits, items we don’t list, or tax-exempt setup. We reply within 1 business day.
