Drop an SVG, AI, or 300 DPI PNG. We mock it up in real time. If your file needs a vector cleanup, we quote a one-time conversion fee before any work starts.
Approve your proof
A digital proof lands in your inbox within 1 business day (Mon–Fri by 5 pm PT). No production starts until you approve. Changes are free within 48 hours.

After proof approval, standard production is 5–7 business days. Rush production (2–3 business days, +20% fee) is available on most products — confirm before ordering. We ship via UPS or USPS with tracking.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Order one piece or ten thousand — the same in-house workflow applies. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 5, 12, 25, 50, and 100+ units.
How does bulk pricing work?
Every product page shows tiered pricing. Add items to your cart and the price updates automatically based on quantity. No promo code or separate quote needed for standard orders.
Can I ship a bulk order to multiple addresses?
Yes. Use the Gift-to-Many flow to upload a recipient CSV and we ship each piece to its own address. Bulk pricing applies to the items; shipping is calculated per address.
How fast can a bulk order ship?
Standard production is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush production (2–3 business days, +20% fee, $25 min / $300 max) is available on most products — confirm before ordering.
Do you handle the artwork?
Yes — send your logo and we mock it up on the products you pick. Vector conversion is quoted as a one-time fee if your file needs cleanup. No ongoing design fees.
What file format should I send?
SVG, AI, or EPS (vector) for engraving. PNG or JPG at 300 DPI minimum for UV printing. See our full file requirements guide for details.
