Care & Good to Know
- Store flat in the included sleeve between seasons — not loose in a bin with hooks and hard ornaments.
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth — never paper towels, which can micro-scratch the surface.
- Skip ammonia-based cleaners (Windex, glass cleaner): they cloud and craze acrylic over time. Mild soap and water is all it needs.
- UV-cured ink is scratch- and fade-resistant for indoor use — no lamination or sealant needed.

Your photo or design is UV-printed directly onto the acrylic — a cured-ink process that bonds color into the surface rather than laminating a sticker on top — then each ornament is precision die-cut, edge-polished, drilled, and finished with a satin ribbon. Because we print and cut in-house, there is no minimum order: one pet memorial gets the same attention as a corporate run of five hundred.
Clear acrylic is the signature look — your photo appears suspended in glass, with a white-ink underbase printed behind the image so colors stay bright against the tree. White acrylic gives illustrations and logos an opaque, saturated canvas; black acrylic turns golds and brights into something dramatic.
