Bulk pricing applies to the items — you still get the volume discount on the tumblers, journals, or keychains. Shipping is calculated per address and shown to you transparently before you pay. No surprises at checkout.
Prefer one consolidated shipment? In the wizard, flip the toggle to ship the whole batch to one corporate address — we’ll re-quote shipping as a single line. You distribute internally however works best.
Free shipping promotions don’t apply to multi-recipient orders. Each recipient ships separately at carrier rates. We don’t apply storewide free-shipping promotions to Gift-to-Many batches because each shipment is a separate package with its own shipping cost.

How does shipping work for a multi-address batch?
Each gift ships individually to its own address. Bulk pricing applies to the items themselves — shipping is calculated separately per address (UPS Ground or USPS) and shown clearly in the quote breakdown before you pay. If you’d rather ship everything to one corporate address and redistribute yourself, switch to a single shipping address in the wizard and shipping consolidates to one charge.
Does free shipping apply to Gift-to-Many batches?
No. Storewide free-shipping promotions don’t apply to multi-recipient orders — each recipient ships separately at carrier rates. We don’t apply storewide free-shipping promotions to Gift-to-Many batches because each shipment is a separate package with its own shipping cost.
What’s the bulk item discount?
The same tiered discounts that show on every product page — automatically applied based on total recipient count. For 25 tumblers across 25 addresses, you get the Set-of-20 unit price on the items.
Can I send different items to different recipients?
Yes — each recipient’s bundle is independent. One person can get a tumbler + a journal, another can get a bag charm + a luggage tag. Build each bundle in the wizard.
Can each recipient get a different design or name?
Yes — that’s the point. Sarah’s tumbler can say "Sarah", Marcus’s can say "Marcus." You design the shared brand once, then each recipient’s personalization is set in the design step. You can also include a per-recipient gift message that lands the moment the package is delivered.
Can I split a set of keychains (or poker chips) across recipients?
Not in self-serve yet — sets ship as one full set to one recipient by default. If you want to break a set across people (e.g. 1 keychain to each of 20 addresses), use the Custom Quote link in the wizard and we’ll quote it directly.
How many recipients can I do in one batch?
Up to 500 in a single batch. For more, run them in groups — your account keeps the design and brand kit so each batch is one upload.
What if an address fails validation?
We show the error on that row before you pay. You can fix it inline, remove the row, or replace it. We don’t take payment until every shipping address is valid.
When does the recipient know it’s coming?
You choose. By default, recipients get a short email or SMS the exact moment their package is marked delivered — the Sealed Gift Note. You can also opt out and let it be a true doorstep surprise.
Is this just for businesses?
No. It’s built for any "one design, many people" gift — corporate teams, weddings, conference giveaways, family gifts shipped to scattered relatives, alumni gifts. The math is the same.
