Ordering

How Ordering Works

Every custom order follows the same process. You design and approve your product before checkout, and we produce exactly what you approved.

The Ordering Process

Select your product

Choose from custom drinkware, keychains, luggage tags, poker chips, or mouse pads. Pick your options (color, size, print method, quantity).

Launch the Design Center

Open the interactive design tool directly from the product page.

Upload and position your artwork

Upload your logo or design, resize it, and position it exactly where you want it on a live mockup of your product.

Approve your digital mockup

Review the live proof showing exactly how your product will look. When it looks right, approve it.

Add to cart and checkout

Your approved proof is saved to your order.

We review for print quality

After checkout, our team verifies file quality (resolution, format, printability). We do not change your design. We contact you only if there is a technical file issue.

Production

Your order is laser engraved or UV printed using professional-grade equipment. Every piece is quality-inspected.

Shipping

Your order is securely packaged and shipped from our Las Vegas warehouse with tracking provided.

What you approve is what we produce

The Design Center shows a live mockup with your artwork positioned exactly where it will print. Our internal review is for print quality only — we never modify your design.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Production: Typically starts within 24 hours of artwork preparation and takes 2–3 business days.

Shipping: 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery: 5–9 business days from order placement.

Need it sooner? Contact us before or after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Artwork

Artwork & File Upload Guidelines

Getting the best results starts with your artwork file.

Accepted File Formats

AI / EPSAdobe Illustrator / Encapsulated PostScript vector files.
PDFWorks well for both vector and high-resolution artwork.

File Requirements

  • Maximum file size: 25 MB
  • Higher resolution is always better
  • Vector formats (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the best results
  • Raster images: aim for at least 300 DPI at print size

Design Tips

  • Bold, simple designs with clean edges produce the sharpest results
  • For engraving: single-color designs with strong contrast work best
  • For UV printing: full-color, photos, and gradients are all supported
  • Make sure text is large enough to be readable at final print size

Avoid: Low-resolution photos, very tiny text, and extremely fine lines — these may appear blurry or washed out when printed.

Volume & Bulk Pricing

Automatic volume pricing on custom drinkware. The more you order, the more you save — no coupon codes or special requests needed.

How it works

Volume pricing is built into every custom drinkware product page. Discounts apply automatically based on the total quantity of eligible drinkware in your cart. The pricing table on each product page shows the exact per-unit price at each tier.

Bulk & Business Orders

Whether you need branded drinkware for a corporate event, matching tumblers for a team, or a recurring supply of promotional products, the process is the same as a single order. Volume pricing applies automatically and everything is handled in-house.

All orders are produced and shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada warehouse. Printed in the USA.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Packaging

Orders are securely packaged to protect your products during transit. Each piece is individually wrapped to prevent scratching or damage.

Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. Here's what to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if something isn't right.

Custom products are made specifically for you

Because every item is produced with your custom artwork or personalization, standard returns for preference changes are generally not available. If there’s a defect or production error, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Custom & personalized items

Because our products are made to order with your custom artwork, they generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind. Each item is produced specifically for you based on the design and options you select at checkout.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we want to make it right. Reach out as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We’ll accommodate requests that come in before production.
