Care & Good to Know
- Magnetic backings contain strong magnets — not recommended for wearers with pacemakers or implanted medical devices.
- Attach and remove by lifting the magnet bar, not sliding it — sliding can scuff fine fabrics.
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth — never paper towels, which can micro-scratch the surface.
- Skip ammonia-based cleaners (Windex, glass cleaner): they cloud and craze acrylic over time. Mild soap and water is all it needs.
- UV-cured ink is scratch- and fade-resistant for indoor use — no lamination or sealant needed.
A name badge that feels like a real object
Our badge is 1/8-inch white acrylic with rounded corners, thick enough to feel like a real object in the hand, or gloss white aluminum if you want it thin and light. Both are printed in full UV-cured color in our Las Vegas studio. There is no minimum and no charge per name: order one badge or four hundred, and the design tool shows you what prints before you pay.
The two-post magnetic backing is the professional standard: a double-magnet steel bar that grips firmly through shirts, blouses, and polos without putting holes in the fabric. It mounts flush to the back of the badge, and the print is cured onto the badge itself with no laminate film over it.
