Questions
Can I bring in my own item to be engraved?
No. We engrave and print on the blanks we stock and have tested, so the result is predictable and we can stand behind it. If you need a one-off item of your own engraved, a trophy or awards shop in town is the better fit.
Where in Las Vegas are you?
We are a production studio in the Las Vegas valley, not a retail counter. Everything is ordered online: pick the product, design it in your browser, approve the proof, and we make it here and ship it — or arrange a local courier when the timeline is tight.
Laser engraving or UV printing — which should I pick?
Engraving is permanent, single-tone and looks best on stainless, metal and leatherette. UV printing is full color and best for logos with color, photos and acrylic. If your logo is one color, engrave it; if it has more, print it. The designer shows you both.
How fast can you do it?
Standard production is 5–7 business days. Rush is 2–3 business days for +20% ($25 min), depending on which blanks are in stock, and a Las Vegas delivery is a local hop after that.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum on most products. One engraved tumbler or a thousand, same studio and same proof. Bulk pricing applies automatically as the quantity goes up.
Do you do laser cutting?
Yes, on acrylic as part of our print-and-cut products: keychains, badges, ornaments, table numbers, place cards and standees are printed in full color and then contour cut. We do not take cutting-only jobs on customer material.
