What shape are the keychains cut to?
Each keychain is die-cut to the exact outline of your uploaded logo or artwork. There is no standard shape — if your logo is a guitar, the keychain is cut to the shape of a guitar. Upload your file and the live preview shows exactly how the cut will look.
What file types work best for custom keychains?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest print and the cleanest die-cut line. High-resolution PNG files with a transparent background also work well. JPEGs are accepted but may have a white background that affects the cut outline.
What backing options are available?
Five backing options are available: Clear Acrylic (see-through — logo floats on the keychain), White Gloss, White Matte, Black Gloss, and Black Matte. The backing is the back face of the acrylic piece.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. You can order as few as 5 keychains. Bulk pricing is available for sets of 10, 25, 50, and 100+ with per-unit cost decreasing at each tier.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Shipping adds 3–5 business days depending on your location. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering if you have a hard deadline.
Can I get different designs in the same order?
Yes. Each line item in your cart is a separate design and quantity. Add multiple products to your cart to order different artwork in the same transaction.
