Donor and Volunteer Gifts That Do Not Look Like Overhead
Every dollar a nonprofit spends on a thank-you is a dollar a donor can see. That makes the usual branded-merchandise playbook uncomfortable: spend too little and the gift reads as an afterthought, spend visibly and someone asks why. The way out is not spending less — it is spending on something specific enough that the recipient reads it as recognition rather than as a line item.
What makes donor and volunteer gifts for nonprofits different
A donor gift and a volunteer gift are the same object with different text, and the text is what does the work. "Thank you" printed on 200 identical items is overhead. The same item with the volunteer's name and their hours, or the donor's name and the year they started giving, is recognition — and it costs the same, because per-unit engraving is not an upcharge here. The other constraint is real: nonprofits order against event dates that do not move. A gala is on a Saturday whether or not the box arrived. Order against the published 8–12 business day total, not the optimistic case.

Pricing example
Volunteer appreciation for 50 people, each tumbler engraved with the volunteer's name and their hours for the year. At the 50–99 unit tier (12% off) that is $18.04 each, $902.00 for the programme. Fifty different engravings, no per-name charge, one purchase order.
Real orders, real outcomes — no redacted numbers.
Frequently asked questions
Does engraving a different name on every unit cost more?
No. Per-unit personalization is included — 50 tumblers with 50 different names cost exactly what 50 identical ones cost. You submit the list and pay the tier price for the total quantity.
We are working to a gala date. How far ahead should we order?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from order placement plus 2–5 business days transit, so plan on 8–12 business days total and order against that. Rush production (2–3 business days) exists for a 20% fee, but a fixed event date is the wrong place to rely on it — build the buffer in instead.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
There is no separate nonprofit rate. The bulk tiers are the pricing, and they apply to every buyer the same way — discounts step up at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 100 and 250 units on drinkware. For a large campaign run, the bulk order builder will show you exactly where the next tier sits.
What works for a low-cost campaign giveaway?
Vinyl stickers have the lowest cost per impression of anything in the catalogue and travel on laptops and water bottles for years. Acrylic keychains at the 10-piece minimum are the next step up when you want something with more perceived value in hand at an event.
