How big does my company need to be?
No minimum headcount. Most company stores start at 25+ employees, but we run programs as small as 10 and as large as 5,000+.
Can I cap what each employee spends?
Yes. We set per-person budget caps and approval rules. Employees see a curated catalog and stay within budget by design.
Do you charge a setup fee or a monthly platform fee?
No platform fees, no monthly minimums. You pay for the gifts your team orders. If you need a one-time logo cleanup, we’ll quote it before any work starts.
Can we ship to employee home addresses?
Yes. We do bulk-to-office, individual-to-home, or mixed. Upload addresses or have employees enter them at checkout.
What about international employees?
Right now we ship US-only. International is on our roadmap — talk to us about your team’s split.
How long does setup take?
Typical setup: 5–7 business days from kickoff call to live store. Rush options are available.
