The Challenge

The firm needed a consistent, repeatable source for branded client gifts. Previous vendors delivered inconsistent quality and required fresh coordination for every order. Partners wanted a program that ran without chasing a vendor every quarter.

The Solution

The Lasercraft Co. set up a standing drinkware program: engraved tumblers carrying the firm's wordmark, produced in regular batches and fulfilled directly from our Las Vegas studio. The firm sends a recipient list; we produce, engrave each piece, and ship.

The Outcome

What started as a few employee gifts became a quarterly client gifting program covering all firm clients. The firm runs one recurring order rather than sourcing per matter. The program has been running consistently for over a year.
