Laser Engraving vs. UV Printing

Laser engraving permanently removes material from the surface — no ink, no coating. The result is a tone-on-tone mark that is completely permanent. It cannot fade, peel, or wash off because there is nothing on the surface to remove: the mark IS the surface. This makes it ideal for products that get heavy daily use, like tumblers and luggage tags.

UV printing applies full-color ink directly to the surface and cures it instantly with UV light. It can reproduce logos, photographs, gradients, and complex multi-color artwork with photographic detail. For poker chips, keychains, mousepads, and ping pong balls — where color and detail matter — UV printing is the right method.
