Where are you based?
Las Vegas. Your order is printed or engraved in our Las Vegas studio and ships from here, so a Las Vegas delivery address is a next-day ground hop — not a cross-country shipment.
Can you deliver to my hotel or the venue?
We ship to the address you give us — your hotel, your office, or wherever your team receives freight — with tracking. If the timeline is tight, we can arrange a local courier inside the Las Vegas valley.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from order. Rush is 2–3 business days for a rush fee of +20% ($25 min), on orders up to 250 pieces, depending on which blanks are in stock.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on most products. Bulk pricing applies automatically as quantity goes up, and you see the final price while you design.
Do I see a proof before you make it?
Yes. You design and approve the exact layout online before checkout — what you approve is what we produce.
