The direct-ship surcharge is supporter-pays and passes through entirely to cover postage; it does not affect your 30%. Supplier costs marked [not set]need Tyler to enter the value in Shopify (Inventory → Cost per item) before the fundraiser blast. Shipping costs are real USPS Ground Advantage 2026 rates including packaging. Payment processing (~2.9% + $0.30/order) is inside TLC's cost, not deducted from your share.

Boon advertises 40% profit on catalog items averaging around $14 each. 40% of $14 = $5.60 per sale. We pay 30% on a $25 engraved tumbler with your supporter’s kid’s name on it. 30% of $25 = $7.50 per sale. The percentage that looks bigger is the one that earns less. The number that matters is the dollar.
