Pricing example

Each team's artwork is separate; each athlete gets their name engraved. Most individual sports budgets run $400–600 for end-of-season recognition. Frequently asked questions
Can different sports teams have different artwork in the same order?
Yes. Each product in your order can reference a different artwork file. The invoice is consolidated; each team's items are labeled separately. You submit one order with different artwork specifications per line item.
Can our coaches handle their own orders, or does everything go through the AD office?
Either model works. The AD office can place consolidated orders for better tier pricing and a single invoice. Individual coaches can also order directly under the school account. Contact us to set up an account structure that fits your school's budget model.
What is the turnaround time during banquet season (March–May)?
Standard production is 5–7 business days year-round. Spring is our busiest season for school team orders — place orders at least 10 business days before each team's banquet date. If a late championship run moves the banquet date, rush production (2–3 business days) is available.
Can we include fundraising store items in the same order as awards?
Yes. A single order can include end-of-season awards for athletes plus items for a team store or fundraiser. Contact us to discuss setting up a fundraising store alongside your awards program.
