Die cut acrylic keychains are contour-cut to match the silhouette of your artwork. The main limitations: minimum feature (protrusion or bridge) size is approximately 3mm — anything thinner risks snapping during cutting or shipping. Very intricate internal cutouts are also limited. Fine text should be no smaller than 8pt. Full-color printing has no ink restrictions, but very dark backgrounds may show the edge of the acrylic. We review every design at proof stage and flag issues before production begins.

There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single die cut keychain or thousands. Quantity-break pricing applies automatically: 5+ units saves ~10–12%, 12+ units saves ~18–22%, 24+ units saves ~25–28%. For very large bulk orders (500+), request a quote for custom pricing.

Yes — always. After you place your order and submit artwork, our team prepares a digital proof showing the cut line, print area, and how the design will look on the finished keychain. You approve (or request changes) before a single piece is cut. Production does not start until you approve the proof.

Standard production is 5–7 business days from proof approval, plus shipping time (typically 2–5 business days for US addresses). Rush production (2–3 business days from approval) is available at a +20% surcharge ($25 minimum, $300 maximum per order). We do not offer same-day or in-person pickup.

For orders under 500 units, the online store applies quantity discounts automatically — add to cart and the price adjusts. For 500+ units or custom requirements (specific acrylic colors, double-sided printing, custom packaging), submit a quote request at thelasercraft.co/quote with quantity, size, and a description or file of your artwork.

Yes — double-sided UV printing is available on acrylic keychains. One side can feature a logo or design; the reverse can include contact info, a URL, or a contrasting design. Note that double-sided orders are a quote item due to the additional setup.
