How fast do orders ship?

Standard production is 5–7 business days from order placement; shipping adds 2–5 business days. Rush (2–3 business days, 3–4 for 151–250 pieces; +20% fee, $25 min) is self-serve — enable the toggle in your cart.

Can I order different colors in the same order?

Yes. You can design your artwork once and order across different cup colors in the same session. Select each color variant and add them to your cart individually — your approved proof stays saved.

Yes. Bulk pricing is built in and applies automatically at 5+ units — no codes or quote requests needed. Discounts scale to 22% off at 250+ units. We regularly fulfill orders for corporate conferences, employee gifts, trade show swag, and branded promotional products.

Do I receive a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

You design and approve the preview in the editor — that preview is your proof. Before production we run a technical preflight (resolution, cut lines, print area). We never redesign or reposition your artwork without asking.

Question 9

What file types work best?

Accepted Answer

For full-color UV printing, high-resolution PNG or PDF files work best (300 DPI or higher). For laser engraving, high-contrast artwork in PNG, SVG, or PDF format produces the sharpest results. Our tool also accepts JPG.

What if my logo is not a vector file?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a vector file. We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, and PDF, and we print your artwork exactly as you approve it on the live proof, so you see precisely how it will look before it goes to production. If a file is too low-resolution to print cleanly, we flag it before production so you can send a better one — send us the highest-quality version you have and we will tell you how it will print.

Will the colors match my brand exactly?

What you see in the live preview is what we print. Colors can appear slightly richer in print than on screen, so we review every file before production. If exact color matching is critical, order a single unit first to confirm before a larger run. Your approved design stays on file for a matching reorder.

Are these tumblers double-wall vacuum insulated?

Yes. All of our stainless steel tumblers — including the 20oz, 30oz, 22oz Skinny, 12oz Wine Tumbler, and 32oz Water Bottle — are double-wall vacuum insulated to keep drinks cold for hours and hot beverages warm.
