How fast can a kit ship after I send a hire?
Standard production is 5–7 business days; the kit lands at the recipient in 8–12 days total. Rush production (2–3 business days, +20% fee) is available.
What if a new hire’s address changes?
Email us before we’ve shipped and we reroute. After shipping we’ll work with the carrier on a forward.
Do you have a kit template, or do we design it?
Both. We can recommend a kit lineup based on your industry and team size, or build to your exact spec. Mocked up in 1–2 days.
Can we tier kits by role or level?
Yes. Most programs run 2–3 tiers (e.g., IC / Manager / VP+). Each tier has its own product mix.
Do you handle the packaging and presentation?
Yes. Custom box, branded tissue or filler, tucked-in note card — the open is part of the kit.
How do we get artwork set up the first time?
Send your logo. We lay it out across the kit pieces and send mockups for sign-off before any production starts.
