Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum on any product. Order one unit or thousands — bulk tier discounts apply automatically as quantity increases. The discount ladder is shown on every product page before you add to cart.
Can each item have a different name or design?
Yes. Every product supports per-piece personalization. For large batches with unique names or numbers per unit, use our bulk quote flow or the Gift to Many service — both support CSV-based per-recipient personalization.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
PNG (300 DPI or higher preferred), PDF, SVG, and JPG. For vector-based laser engraving or contour-cut keychains, SVG or high-resolution PDF is ideal. Our design tool shows a live preview with your uploaded file.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from proof approval. Rush production (2–3 business days) is available at a 20% surcharge — enable the toggle in your cart. Add 2–5 business days for US shipping.
Can I order multiple product types in a single order?
Yes — add any combination of products to your cart and check out together. Production timelines are per-item. If you need all items to arrive at the same time, note it in the order and we'll coordinate.
